On Sunday I framed in the basement bathroom. We wanted a small bathroom in the basement so that people playing in the basement (kids with toys, Dave with trains) won't have to run up the stairs and use the powder room. This will also serve as a utility sink that you don't mind getting dirty, useful for washing paintbrushes, etc.
